Doctor Who and Donna! YES!!!

Well, my dear friend sent me the first episode of Doctor Who Series 4, which I watched---three times--last night. Oh yeah, I'm onna' Dr Who high, the equivilent of a sugar rush...I mean, if I was physically able to, I'd be doing flippin' handstands, ha-ha. It was FABULOUS!!! Tennant looked good, Tate looked lovely, the dialog was superbly witty and well-delivered, the acting perfectly pitched and fast-paced...yeah, people, little ol' Nancy, the hopeless Whovian, is just plain over the moon.

My friend sent me some other stuff as well--old movies, a brit-com, etc. And I'm so chuffed to have not only new things to view, but great things, as well. This is one Saturday night that will be very unboring....wow, two exciting Saturday's in a row...that's got to be some kind of record, ha-ha.

I thought Tate was going to be really bad, but I was wrong...she's very good, and so much better than those companions continually making cow eyes at him....and the script writers have given her something to say as well...glad you enjoyed it, Playwrite...great big hugs...XX

Can hardly wait for it to come to Oz. Haven't even had Voyage of the Damned here yet. Loved Catherine Tate in Runaway Bride, there was a real chemistry that was lacking with poor Freema

  They're showing it over here, on cable television--which I can't afford, and it's driving me mad, not being able to see it, or DW Confidential! Thankfully, a friend has sent me V of the D, and Partners in Crime, but I see the reviews (try not to read them, though) and they look so fantastic...it makes me want to scream with fustration!
  
  I agree, after watching Partners in Crime (for the fifth time), that the combination of Tate/Tennant is totally right on the money. Have a nice Wednesday, cheers, Nancy G.

Trying so hard not to peek at the spoilers on the net. A friend does Planet Gallifrey blogsite in the UK, but would prefer to wait for quality pictures when it comes to TV. Sigh, we don't even have it on cable here yet.

Yes, DT and CT certainly do fire off each other well. Their comedic timing is magic. Did you see them in Comic Relief 2007 on YouTube? Am-est I bovver-ed? Well worth checking out.

By the way, I've loaded up some lovely icons onto my site, if you're into that sort of thing. Have credited sources for easy tracking.
