    Actually, it is believed that he is in the early stages of dementia--also, a friend, who's got a close relative that's been associated with the White House for four decades, says that this relation told her last year that Bush was "out of control," and "Not listening to anyone." The sad thing is, his mentality is typically American. Our educational system is geared towards taking tests and not towards learning.
